Green racked up 157 yards rushing on only 17 carries and caught three passes for 20
yards in Green Bay’s 28-6 rout of the Lions. Green had 31- and 83-yard TD runs in the
first quarter to set the tone for the Packers’ offense. |

Miami Dolphins
Thomas edged Sammy Knight’s three interceptions with a solid all-around
performance. He recorded nine tackles, broke up two passes and returned a fourth-quarter
interception 34 yards for a touchdown in the Dolphins’ 31-23 upset of Tennessee. |

PK S. Janikowski
Oakland RaidersAlthough his game-winning kick with 15 seconds left barely
squeaked in above the right upright, it still counted for three points and lifted the
Raiders over the Chiefs 27-24. Janikowski was perfect on the day, connecting on FG tries
from 43, 42, 36 and 31 yards out. |
