New England

Has clinched playoff berth; can clinch division with:
1. New England win or Miami loss.
2. New England tie and Miami loss.

Can clinch first-round bye with:
1. New England win and Oakland loss or tie.

Miami

Has clinched playoff berth; can clinch division with:
1. Miami win and New England loss or tie.
2. Miami tie and New England loss.

Can clinch first-round bye with:
1. Miami win and New England loss or tie.

New York Jets

Can clinch playoff berth with:
1. N.Y. Jets win or tie.
2. Seattle loss or tie.

AFC Central

Pittsburgh

Has clinched division title, a first-round bye and home-field advantage throughout playoffs.

Baltimore

Can clinch playoff berth with:
1. Baltimore win or tie.
2. N.Y. Jets loss or Seattle loss or tie.

AFC West

Oakland

Has clinched division; can clinch first-round bye with:
1. Oakland win and a New England win or a Miami loss.

Seattle

Can clinch playoff berth with:
1. Seattle win and N.Y. Jets or Baltimore loss.

NFC East

Philadelphia

Has clinched division.

NFC Central

Chicago

Has clinched a playoff berth; can clinch division title and a first-round bye with:
1. Chicago win or tie.

Can clinch home-field advantage throughout playoffs with:
1. Chicago win plus a St. Louis loss.

Green Bay

Has clinched playoff berth; can clinch division title and first-round bye with:
1. Green Bay win and a Chicago loss.

Tampa Bay

Has clinched playoff berth.

NFC West

Has clinched division title and first-round bye; can clinch home-field advantage throughout playoffs with:
1. St. Louis win or a Chicago loss or tie.
