Griese completed 19-of-31 passes for 363 yards and two touchdowns in the Broncos’
31-10 win over Green Bay. Griese hooked up with Ed McCaffrey on scoring strikes of 10 and
78 yards and also ran for a two-yard touchdown. |

Washington Redskins
Bailey enhanced his Defensive Rookie of the Year prospects with three interceptions,
one of which he returned 59 yards for a score, in the Redskins’ 24-10 win over
Arizona. Bailey also had six tackles and four passes defensed. |

Jason Hanson
Detroit Lions
Hanson connected on 6-of-7 field-goal tries, including a 48-yard game-winner with seven
seconds left to rally the Lions. Hanson also hit from 49 and 47 yards. |
