The Colts' release of Tony McCoy
|
| The Colts released eight-year
veteran Tony McCoy last week. The defensive tackle had played a diminished role last
season, recording just two tackles in 10 games. The move saves Indianapolis $1.4 million
against this years salary cap.
ProFootballWeekly.com asked contributing editor Joel Buchsbaum to analyze McCoys
play.
Q: Whats the scouting report on McCoy now?
Buchsbaum: He can give you some inside quickness. He is basically a one-gap player who
hasnt played well the past couple of years in Jim Moras defense. |
